Hello, I'm Scott Tilley.

Since I was a boy, I have always been more comfortable in the outdoors. My parents would tell you of the number of times I was missing from the playing fields behind our house, only to confess years later that I was actually exploring several miles away and not just the other side of the railway embankment as I implied!

I first picked up a camera for wildlife and later landscape photography at the advent of digital camera technology, and I have not looked back since.

For me the camera is a natural tool for conveying my passion for the natural world and the animals that call it home while landscape photography allows me to show the beauty of an area that can appear often very fleetingly but is available for those with the passion and patience to capture it.

I am based in the East Midlands, Nottinghamshire and range around the surrounding counties as well as the Lake District and many parts of Scotland.

It is only in the last ten years I decided to take what had been an all consuming hobby to a more professional level. I have found over the years that I get a huge amount of pleasure from trying to pass my passion and skills on through workshops and one to one courses. These I continue to develop and all of this information will be available for you here on the website.
