Beginner Landscape Photography

Service Description

This is perhaps my most popular one-to-one course and I suspect this is unlikely to change. You have a DSLR or mirrorless camera but have always shot in auto mode letting the camera choose your settings. You struggle to get images that look as dramatic as you are seeing in real time and cannot hope to produce images like you see on Instagram or magazines and books. If this sounds like you then this course is for you. I have found over the years that every person I take out is different and has their own way of learning. Being one to one means I can tailor the day for you and although I do work to a structure there is no pressure to get through every section. For me I would rather we only cover half of the topics if I am confident that you have retained the information and can go away and reproduce what we did on the day. Oh and don’t forget if you have attended one of these sessions you have a free email to me if you have questions after the course! Equipment Notice: You will need a Camera (DSLR or Mirrorless) with capability for interchangeable lenses. A Standard Kit Lens will be fine, but if you have a Wide Angle or Telephoto Lens to experiment with then great! Please bring your Tripod if you have one, if not then one can easily be provided. Additional to this please feel free to bring a Filter system if you have one. If unsure about any of this please get in contact, if there is an issue, I'm sure we can find a solution. Note: Pricing options are for a 1-to-1 Course or a 2-Person Course, the price for the 2-person course is per person. If you are a group larger than this please enquire using the contact form or book into a Workshop event. Don't forget that if you book on to any 1-to-1 course and you find that after the day is finished you need to refresh some of the information we covered you can book a further day within three months of the original 1-to-1 at half the cost of the original course. (for example if you booked onto a Landscape 1-to-1 at a cost of £270, you can book onto a further Landscape 1-to-1 within three months at a cost of £135)
