If you have always wanted to explore Landscape Photography but don’t know where to begin, this workshop is designed for you. On September 12th, 2026, join me, Scott Tilley, for an exclusive, hands-on session limited to four dedicated individuals. During this limited-capacity workshop, I will lead a small group of participants (maximum of four) and provide a thorough introduction to the essential skills necessary for advancing your landscape photography. We will assemble at the scenic Surprise view in the Peak District, renowned for its exceptional natural beauty, ensuring tailored guidance and attention to help refine your creative vision into outstanding images. This workshop is meticulously crafted to offer aspiring photographers the perfect opportunity to deepen their creative potential and master the art of capturing nature's essence through the lens. Limited spaces so remember to book early! We will cover topics such as the camera controls best suited to creative landscape photography for the particular composition you have set up. Composition the rules/guidelines and when to break them. Leading the viewer through the image to the point of interest. How a scene can overwhelm your viewer and what to do to avoid it. Focus stacking and bracketing and when to use them. Using Filters. Developing your own style. I work with each client individually as trying to talk to a group on mass often ends up satisfying no-one as everyone is at a different position in their photography journey. That way every client will receive quality coaching and leave a better landscape photographer than they arrived.
